Originally from Liverpool, England Maria has over 30 years in the industry and brings a wealth of experience to Amicus, with her international training through Germany, England, and Melbourne. Maria has worked with many international hair companies, worked on editorial and catwalk projects, as well as a star session stylist for Kevin Murphy. Passionate about customer care, our talented leader thrives in precision cutting and custom colouring on short, textured, curly, and long hair – making Maria the dream hairdresser to entrust with your hair.” I want to give all of my guests a lasting experience and educate them on maintaining their new style!”

Originally from Scotland, Donna has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the hairdressing industry, and as a qualified hairdressing trainer. She has worked on catwalk styling and editorial photoshoots but is still her happiest on the salon floor in the heart of Mornington. Donna prides herself on precision cutting; sharp and bold to soft and seamless, either way, sophisticated and edgy styling has become a way for Donna to demonstrate her creativity and skills to perfect any look for any occasion. Being dedicated to making every one of her clients feel and look their absolute best with a workable style to suit their lifestyle makes Donna an incredible asset to our team.

Abbey started hairdressing in Mornington almost 17 years ago, where she trained in Melbourne and has since studied at Aveda and Ozdare Academies in advanced colouring and cutting techniques. Abbey has been with Amicus for the beginning of our journey where her expertise in colour techniques has flourished and is acclaimed as our Blow Dry QUEEN! She loves nothing more that creating the perfect colour and style for all of our clients! Abbey is a fantastic team motivator and the heart of the Amicus team.

I'm Jess, a senior stylist at the fabulous Amicus & Co, specializing in everything color and barbering. I've been part of the Amicus family for a 4 years now. From the very first day I stepped in, it felt like coming home and being embraced by an amazing team that's more like family. Working alongside these incredible girls has been an absolute blast! We create a fun, loving, and supportive space where we all share a common love for one thing: BEAUTIFUL, HEALTHY, DESIRABLE HAIR. It's the heart and soul of what we do. For me, hairdressing is all about giving back to our clients, making them feel truly special and beautiful from within. When I'm not at the salon I'm off on adventures, exploring picturesque places, hitting the gym, or enjoying a night out with my wonderful friends.

Samantha grew up in Woodend on a 20 acre hobby farm, enjoying horse riding and farm life. Samantha has been passionate about hairdressing all her life. She has 17 years of experience in hairdressing in high-end salons such as Edward Beale and Expose in Colins Street Melbourne. Sams forte is men's styling and women's precision cuts and coloring.

My journey as a hairstylist began 30yrs ago when I knew my passion in life was to make people happy with fabulous hair. I trained with John Morrey and then moved to Bayside Brighton for 19yrs which I loved!!! I love cutting, coloring, blow drying and creating hair for special occasions and bridal hair. I love nothing more than a client walking out of the salon with a huge smile on their face. My hobbies outside of the salon are dancing,cooking,fashion and spending time with my family and my dog Daisy.

Hi my name is Teaghan and my journey with Amicus began 3 years ago. Starting as a Salon Receptionist, I've now progressed to almost completing my three-year apprenticeship. My passion lies in the art of Colour, I love to create contrast with colour, in foil or creative global colour. I am now learning to cut hair which is exciting and challenging. On my days off I enjoy watching Essendon play in the AFL and spending time with my pup Tilly. Working alongside everyone at Amicus has been such a joy and I'm excited to create some beautiful hair.

Hi my name is Chloe. I have only recently begun my Amicus journey and have been welcomed with open arms. My journey into hairdressing has been a bit tricky but I finally found my home. At Amicus my skills and knowledge have excelled, my favorite thing is blow drying. Outside of the salon I love to spend time with my dog Pepper.

Hi my name is Sophie. Amicus is my first step into the hairdressing industry and I couldn't have chosen a more perfect salon. I am currently training to blow dry, I am most excited to learn cutting as I love watching the stylists as it looks so satisfying. When I'm not in the salon you will find me out and about around town with my friends.
