With every service we do require a $50 booking fee to secure your appointment. This can be redeemed at the end of your service or can be carried over if you wish to rebook your next appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you reach out to us as swiftly as possible. You can simply reply to the text message reminder or give us a call within at least 48 hours. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, if you do need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, we appreciate your understanding that a booking fee will be forfeited. Our aim is to provide the best service to all of our guests, and this policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively.
In the event of a no-show, where you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked service will be required before another appointment can be scheduled.
Please be aware that we operate on a strict schedule to ensure a seamless experience for all our clients. Delays can have a significant impact on our day and the appointments of other guests. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to adjust the duration of your service to accommodate subsequent appointments. This adjustment may result in a reduction of the service provided, while the full cost will still apply.
